Lipgloss/Lipstick. I like to wear a really silly shade when I am at home doing laundry or cleaning. I'll catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and it makes me giggle and that makes doing laundry and cleaning . . . doable.

Lindt Lindor Chocolate Truffles. A good friend of mine introduced me to these. I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate, but even the white chocolate truffles taste like frosting! What?! Awesome. Plus, they have soft, fudge centers. Sooooo good!

Meditation. Even 10 minutes a day helps. Meditation has healed me, calmed me, and improved my health on so many levels. It has become more important to me than physical exercise, but that is still important too. Don't worry if you can't completely clear your mind or if you fall asleep. It's okay. Shazam App. I love music. I have a good catalog of music in my noggin', but when I don't know the tune playing on the radio, in the coffee shop or store, I pull out this app. You push a button, it listens, and then SHAZAM!, there's your song title and artist. It's magic! Whoo hoo!

Coffee made in a french press. I love making coffee in the morning in my french press. All you do is put some water in the tea kettle, wait for the whistle, pour the hot water on some fresh grounds, and press. You get some beautiful, fresh, hot coffee. Awww ya.
