Here's what I do to get happy. You can do them too!!
- Take a nice, warm Epsom salt and rosemary oil bath.
- Drink tea and eat cookies.
- Listen to music really loud and dance around my house.
- Do the dishes and sing really loud to music.
- Hang out with children and laugh and laugh and laugh.
- Play with my two annoying and naughty kittens.
- Read a good book or magazine.
- Watch "Friends" or something funny on Netflix.
- Bask in a little sunlight.
- Go for a walk or run outdoors.
- Drive to nature and watch a waterfall.
- Listen to a good live band.
- Dance to a good live band.
- Talking to my best friend on the phone.
- 3 minute meditation.
- Eating Moose Tracks ice cream or mango sorbet.
- Talking to someone about how they met their significant other.
- Creating art, jewelry, or writing this blog.
- Praying, praising, being thankful.
- Dark chocolate.
