This tea is worth it's weight in gold. |
1. Montana Gold Tea. This tea is made by the "Montana Tea and Spice Trading LLC" in Missoula, MT. I bought this tea when I was in Bozeman, MT in October. Anyway, it is so spicy and very similar to the Market Spice Tea blend. It is caffeine free with a mix of Rooibos, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, and Cloves. The aroma of the tea bag along before it's even brewed is a treat. I would highly recommend this tea to anyone who enjoys a nice afternoon or evening cup. You can order Montana Gold Tea by catalog mail or e-mail HERE.

Tazo? Taz-yes! |
2. Tazo "focus" Black Tea. "A cleverly invigorating mix of malty black tea, roasted yerba mate, orange essence and cocoa peel." This tea smells like an orange creamsicle and tastes like one too! I love the yerba mate paired with the orange and cocoa. It tastes decadent and packs a little energy boost as well. HIGHLY recommended cup!

Pour some sugar on me. No. |
3. Sugar. I've been addicted. We are all addicted. It's on my list of likes because I like it too much. I am working on getting rid of a TON of it from my diet. This doesn't mean I will be switching to any artificial sugars either. That stuff is even worse! Did you know that the daily allotment of sugar is 30 grams? That's all. Dried fruit has 24 grams of sugar. Fruit yogurt and tomato pasta have over 10 grams a piece. This is a lot. I am really trying to get my sugar from natural places like fruit, but it is hard to avoid processed sugar and foods. They are everywhere and I have always "liked" them! But even after a week of limiting the vast majority of this type of food, I feel so much better! So, I "like" you sugar, but we need to break up.

Plump up the jam. |
4. Avon Beyond Color Plumping Lipstick in "Twig". (SPF 15). If there is one product line I love, it's Avon. I love this lipstick! It has Retinol in it, so it plumps up your lips subtly (it won't turn you into Angelina Jolie . . . sorry). I also really like the color because it is subtle enough for office wear. I like to pair it with a little coconut lip balm on top.

Carrots are a good addition too! |
5. Zucchini & Hummus. Raw zucchini cut into 1" strips dipped in spinach/avocado hummus = delicious. The zucchini skin has that subtle crunch I need, while the soft interior and hummus have a savory creaminess I crave. The combo is divine, and healthy, and easy.
Have a good day today!!
Nik
