Frickles! What on earth are FRICKLES?! You ask. Why, they are fried pickles, good sir! And they are also very, very good. I went to dinner with some good friends this week at a local restaurant/pub and had some delicious FRICKLES!!!! Oh so, yummy!

Chobani Greek Yogurt Coffee with Dark Chocolate Chips. I've been eating this for breakfast lately and I love it! It has real chocolate chips and the yogurt is coffee flavored. It is also smaller than normal yogurts, which I appreciate because I find myself not finishing a full cup of the normal stuff. It's coffee flavored yogurt! It's good!

Meal and Menu Planners from Money Saving Mom. I am trying to lose weight and save money. In the past, I've found the key to doing this is planning meals. Plus, it helps me figure out what I have to buy at the grocery store. The website "Money Saving Mom" has really great PDFs for download. They are simple, and they are FREE!!!!

Spaghetti with mushroom, onion, and fresh basil sauce. Monday night J and D came over for dinner! We made "sketti". I roughly chopped up some white, button mushrooms and diced yellow onion and 3 cloves of garlic. We fried up the lean hamburger and half the onion. I let the sauce simmer and added all the yummy veggies PLUS I had some dried basil hanging in my kitchen and we added that too! And we baked fresh garlic bread sticks! It was a really good dinner. Then we watched the silly documentary.
"The King of Kong". Ha! That was a hilarious film! I love good food with good people!
Love,
Nik
