5 Things To Like This Week

I HAD to drink some this week, OK . . .  my place flooded on Tuesday and now I am moving AGAIN.  Shit.

I still found stuff to like, though.

Say, hey, I love you.
1. Michael Franti & Spearhead.  I've been listening to the disk "All Rebel Rockers" to keep myself a little on the chill side this week.  Michael's voice is so mellow and calm and that makes me mellow and calm.  But he also knows how to rock out and that's when I crank it in my car and feel goooooood.
Highway to the danger zone.
2. Angry Orchard Hard Cider.  On Friday night I did the beer tasting at the liquor store where I work. Angry Orchard was on sale in a 12pk sampler pack. All of the flavors were amazing! The Traditional Dry, Apple Ginger, Crisp Apple, and the new flavor, Elderflower were all unique and delicious. The Apple Ginger was probably the sweetest and the Elderflower the least sweet. I think the Elderflower was my favorite because it was so smooth and subtle, but I like the Apple Ginger for a nice dessert drink too. Anyway, Angry Orchard makes a mean hard cider--with a kick. These drinks are 5%-5.5% alcohol content--plus they're delicious! DANGER ZONE!

Bling.  Bling.
3.  Julie's Jewelry Store on ETSY.  I love Etsy!  I've bought jewelry from this shop before and loved it!  The pieces are funky and perfect for everyday wear, plus they are inexpensive!  Check this place out.  It's the perfect place to window shop to put you in a good mood!

Southern hospitality in a bottle, y'all!
4.  Jeremiah Weed Sweet Tea + water + lemon.  This is the best Summer drink ever!  It can get a little expensive though.  I think it is worth it--most good alcohol is.  I love relaxing with a couple of these sweet, Southern drinks on a hot, summer night!  Plus, they are easy to make!  No mixer, really . . . YUM!

Sophia, this is happening to you.
5.  Moving!  Yes, I'm moving . . . again.  I figure that I might as well "like" it because I do it so darn much.  Clink!  Clink!  To . . . moving!

Love ya,
Nik
