2. The Couch to 5K Running Program. So, as you may or may not know, I quit smoking on April 25th of this year. I also made a decision to get healthier this summer. In doing so, I've started this rad running program called "From Couch to 5K" and it is rocking my running world. Mind you, before I started smoking, I used to run damn near every day. I'm not sure if I'll do a 5K, but I would like to get back in the habit of running. It's been a long time, but I'm determined to get healthy again!

I remember the first time I tried boba. I think of it as a little burst of sunshine in my mouth. Good stuff.
Good for you on the running. I seem to remember you being a pretty amazing runner, girl....so keep it up. Do you have a good mix tape to run to? :) I am pretty sure I still have one with a good little bit of U2 on it that someone rad made me back in the day.
