Stop and Smell the Roses

Just thinking today about things I like and am thankful for because sometimes life gets a little hectic and I forget (and get frown lines).

1. Tea
2. My cat Sophia sleeping curled up at the foot of my bed.
3. The friend who is always there to listen--even late at night.
4. Blogging.
5. Sunshine through the Fall leaves.
6. Pumpkins.
7. The library.
8. Bob Marley.
9. Long drives or road trips.
10. My grandmother's handwriting . . .
11. Daffodils.
12. Cajun Food.
13. Halloween costumes, colors, and candy.
14. Winking . . . heeee.
15. Rum.
16. Song lyrics.
17. Love. The word. The feeling. Living it.
18. Deep breaths.
19. Giggling with my niece and nephew.
20. Lying with my cheek against a lover's chest.
21. Seeing a fat trout take my dry fly. Sucker.
22. Sewing.
23. Whenever Barack Obama speaks.
24. Puppy breath. There's nothing like it on earth.
25. Knowing that if I lose my job, my man, even my sanity that I will be OK because it is all just a part of the journey . . . .

What do you enjoy? Where do you find peace?

I can't believe Bono didn't make your list. :)
PS) I have been drinking Tazo passion all week too! Cold, of course, because it's a million degrees in October in Tx.

Miss ya!
