Songza isn't new or anything . . . I just like it! |
1.
Songza. This music site gives you your own concierge! What's not to love about these options for music?: "Singing in the Shower", "Brand New Music", "Working Out", "Throwback Thursday", "Waking Up Happy". Sometimes I need an online DJ, plus it's also nice hearing new music.

Use a ton of spinach because it cooks down a bunch. |
2.
Homemade Veggie Penne Pasta. Sautee spinach, broccoli, mushroom, and green onion in olive oil in a large pan. Add about 2tbs salad vinegar to veggie mixture. Add red pepper flakes, and garlic salt to taste. Melt 2tbs butter and 3 cloves fresh, diced garlic in a small pan. Cook penne pasta. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Add melted garlic butter. Stir. You can add tofu, chicken, beans, or nuts for protein. Nom nom nom.

I'm blaming it on the retrograde. |
3.
Country Music. It reminds me of my home town in Wyoming. Plus, the guys sing about love
and you know they can change a flat tire too! Love and flat tire fixin'. . . um, sexay!

We made it through the shift! |

Mercury Retrograde is OVER (almost)! Everything can go back to normal now (Well, at least start to. We are still under the MR shadow for another week.) Electronic devices, communication, your thoughts and freak-outs will now begin their descent into "normal" town. Now is a great time to reflect on "what-in-the-holy-hell-was-that?" that occurred over the past 3 weeks (since May 19th). Write, talk it out with a trained professional, meditate on it, talk with your bestie, you know, whatever works best for you.
MR can be cool. It's all in how you look at it, I suppose. I mean, it's gonna happen anyway, so might as well make the best of it, right? Kinda like my 29th birthday . . .

They sell this at gas stations. So it's an easy, healthy choice! |
5.
Bai5 Brasilia Blueberry Infusion. This stuff is delicious! I highly recommend this as a refreshing, cool, summer drink! Plus, it's loaded with vitamin C! It's also has no artificial colors or preservatives, non-GMO, vegan, soy free and BPA-free. It's so crunchy, I can barely stand it!
Loooooves,
Nik
