Tabata Workout. A Japanese dude invented it. It's a quick, intense, full body work-out. Plus, you can do it just about anywhere. For example, I did mine in my living room on Sunday evening and I got my heart rate way up too! Sooo sore today, but strong tomorrow!

Crystal Light Peach Mango Energy Drink Mix. This stuff tastes like Tang, but better. Plus, it makes me drink my water. Sometimes it's hard to drink the water I need during the day . . .
