5 Things to Like This Week

Girl needs a mani, but the heart is good!

1.  Heart Thrives.  Nutritious meals to-go.  These little meals are kinda like a power bar, but way better.  I like that they taste home-made and are gluten free.  I've been trying to eat less gluten lately and I've started with breakfast.  They are shaped like hearts too!  They are very good with hot coffee or tea.  I bought these at the bookstore at the University where I work, but I think you can order them online too.

I hyperventilate when I see one of these.

2.  Dollar stores.  I love dollar stores.  I also love my boyfriend for going to 2 in one day with me.  He is the best.  I don't know what it is about these little  stores, but I love feeling like I got a deal.  Plus, if I go in with a list, I don't overspend.  I also like that I am not shopping at the big box stores.  It's quieter, there are less people, and the music is cray.  Yes.  The music.  It's indescribable.  A mix of elevator and cow-bell fusion.  Anyway, good times!

It looks kinda plain, but there is real good food in there.  Yup!

3.  Rancher Grill in Belle Fourche, SD.  I had to go to Belle Fourche this weekend to pick up a coffee table that I bought online.  When we were leaving, J and I decided to see if there was a place to eat in the tiny town.  We like adventures!  Anyway, J spotted the Rancher Grill.  I loved it because it had a very "down-home" atmosphere and the staff was very pleasant.  J had the steak sandwich with a twice-baked potato and I had the dill infused salmon sandwich on a croissant with homemade fries.  The food was excellent and the service was really good.  This was a good adventure!  Plus, I got a cute coffee table and was in cute company!!!  You can LIKE them on Facebook too!

You sharpen the pencil in my butt.  Ha!

4.  www.seejanework.com.  This website offers adorable, chic office supplies.  I absolutely love the goldfish pencil sharpener!  It's only $4!  I can't wait to get paid so I can order some stuff!!!  LIKE them on Facebook too!

5.  LiveLoveDIY Blog.  I found this blog when I was Pinning the other night.  I love Virginia's writing style.  It cracks me up.  Her article "My Top 10 Thrift Store Shopping Tips" is awesome.  This is another blog I am going to start following and that will show up in my blog roll on the left hand side of this blog!  Enjoy, my lovelies!!!!  Oh ya, and LIKE her on Facebook too!!!!
