5 Things to Like This Week

1.  Easy Street Wheat beer by Odell Brewing Company. My friend introduced me to this beer and I LOVE IT! It is so refreshing and drinks easy. It is especially good with an orange slice (how hipster of me). Heee! Try it! I bet you like it!

 2.  My cat Sophia.  She is old, fluffy, and loves to snuggle her momma (that's me).  I had to take her to the vet because she hasn't been herself the past few weeks, and I was reminded of how much she really means to me.  I've had her for 12 years and she has been through at least 10 moves (one across three states), relationships, break-ups, and road trips.  She is going to be OK, but she is getting older, and I want her remaining years with me to be happy and as comfortable as possible.  I love my little Sophia-Mowfia.  Also, the people at Spearfish Animal Hospital are wonderful!

3.  My work study students.  I'm one of those people who can say that I truly love my job.  And I love the kids that work for me.  They each have their own unique, hilarious, and beautiful personalities.  This week, two of them took a trip to Yellowstone and sent me pictures and texts along the way.  I am so grateful to have these people in my life and I have so much fun with each of them every day!

 4.  Chai tea.  I love spiced chai tea.  It is wonderful hot, iced, or made with milk.  It is especially good right now, in the Fall, hot.  Yummy.  There is just something about the spices that pick me up when I am having a bad day.  Awwww yesssss.

5.  The Family Stone.  This is one of my favorite movies.  If I ever have a family of my own someday, this is how I want it to be!  Plus, I love, love, love Luke Wilson's character in this film--well, I pretty much just love Luke Wilson.  It's a good rental.  I would recommend it.
