1. Driving to nowhere. I love to take drives to clear my mind and relax. I got my tires fixed, so I can take drives and feel pretty safe. I used to drive all over the valley when I lived in Bozeman, MT but now that I live in Spearfish, SD there aren't a lot of roads that I can take to nowhere. Perhaps, I just haven't found them yet? But I do really like driving through the Spearfish canyon. I love the twists and curves and the wind in my hair. It makes me feel like a badass--not too fast though--I'm not 21 and reckless anymore! Hee!
2. Halloween stuff is going up in stores! I love to see all those displays go up! It means Halloween is right around the corner and I love me some Halloween. I love the colors, the candy, the spooky cobwebs, the witches, the chill in the air, and the haunted houses. Can't wait! Bwaaa ah haa haa haaa!
3. Kid's Birthday Parties. This past weekend I helped celebrate my friend S's daughter's 7th birthday! It was lovely and the cake was so pretty! I even got to play Polly Pockets with one of the kids who was just cracking me up! Plus, I have another party to attend this weekend--my nephew's 6th! Sweet!! Then the adults moved the party downtown . . .
4. Which brings me to my next "like". Live music. I've found another really good local band. Outerspace Real Estate is a funky band that plays covers as well as some of their own original stuff. They are a really talented group of guys and I love to go to their shows and dance and dance and dance!
5. Cute animal pictures like THIS! What are those cats doing in the sink? What?!! Cats aren't supposed to be in the sink!! What? What?!!
