Day Three: So nothing really eventful happened on my walk home today. It took me over an hour this time because I ran a couple of errands on my way. I had to stop at the Pharmacy and the grocery store. OK. Maybe one thing happened.
I fell in love with my pharmacist.
He is always very nice and adorable, but today was different. Maybe it was the endorphins kicking in from the long walk? Maybe he's just a hottie? Who knows, but today our little conversation was about the beautiful weather and then I smiled and he smiled. Then I paid and left. It was so awesome.
I also made a point to look for a wedding ring when he was stapling my receipt to my bag--I'm so sly. None! Ha! However, I have been fooled by this before, e.g., married and just not wearing ring, engaged (who's evil idea was it to have the woman wear the engagement ring and the man to wear NOTHING!), in a serious, long-term, committed relationship ala Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, or gay.
And . . . so what if he looks a little like the motivational speaker Tony Robbins (with cute round glasses). I'm still going to marry him. Well . . . probably anyway.
Later Gators,
Nik
